Touch

Touch the garden. It answers softly.

Every touch brings a ripple, a sound and a gentle tap of haptics. There is nothing to win — only things to try.

  • The pond

Tap for ripples, drag for a trail of them and a few little splashes. Rest a finger on the water and curious fish gather.

  • The sand

Rake slowly for deep, wide grooves, quickly for a lighter line. Your pattern is still there the next time you open the app.

  • Plants and fish

Water a plant for dew and a small growth boost — forgetting never hurts. Feed the fish often, and one becomes a companion that follows your finger.

Alive

An island that keeps your time

The sky follows the clock on your iPhone, from dawn through day and dusk to night, when the lanterns glow. Clear, cloudy, rainy or misty — through all four seasons.

The island by day: a calm pond, a wooden bridge, an autumn maple and a cat resting at the water's edge.
Day
The same island at night: stone lanterns glow warm and small lights shimmer on the dark pond.

It keeps living while you're away

Plants grow and bloom, the weather turns and visitors drop by — for up to seven days. When you come back, a short note tells you what changed.

Small moments

Cloud shadows drift, petals and leaves fall, a koi leaps from the water, and on clear summer nights fireflies rise over the pond.

Visitors

Nineteen quiet visitors

Visitors keep their own hours. A decoration they like, the weather, the time of day and the season decide who comes by. Greet one with a tap and it stays a little longer.

And six more who only visit the Pass gardens: a white egret and a kingfisher in Vietnam, a magpie and a Jindo dog in Korea, a red-crowned crane and a golden pheasant in China.

Every visitor you meet is added to your journal.

Gardens

Four gardens on a little turntable

Japan, Vietnam, Korea and China — each one a garden of your own, with its own plants, landmark, visitors and sounds. Switch whenever you like: the garden you leave waits for you and keeps growing while you are away. Your journal comes with you.

The garden picker: four miniature islands on a 3D turntable, with the Vietnam garden in front, marked with a Pocket Zen Pass lock.
The China garden in winter, its paths and stones dusted with snow.

Each country follows its own climate: Vietnam has a drizzly spring of peach blossoms and a cool winter without snow, Japan has its tsuyu rains, Korea its blazing maples, China plum blossoms in the snow. Let the seasons follow the calendar, or keep your favourite all year.

Calm

Made for quiet minutes

Open it for thirty seconds, or stay for a whole breathing session. The leaf button holds four quiet ways to rest, and everything is tuned to be gentle.

  • Breathe

Calm breathing, box breathing or 4-7-8, for one to ten minutes. The pond swells and settles with you, a warm light rises and the fish gather.

  • Focus

A quiet timer from 15 to 60 minutes with the garden alive behind it, ending with the soft sound of a singing bowl.

  • Sleep sounds

Soft rain, a bamboo stream, evening crickets… Pick a timer and lock your phone: the sound plays on, then slowly fades away.

  • Siri and Control Center

“Breathe with Pocket Zen World”, sleep sounds from Control Center, and a widget button that waters your garden.

  • Zen Mode

The controls fade away, the screen can stay awake and the camera breathes slowly. Nothing pops up.

  • Sound and haptics

Soundscapes are generated on your iPhone and follow the weather, the hour and the season, with soft Core Haptics under every touch. Silent mode is respected — except for sleep sounds you start yourself.

  • Widgets

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your garden's weather, season, visitor and blooms at a glance.

  • Five languages

English, Tiếng Việt, 日本語, 한국어 and 简体中文 — switch inside the app, whichever garden you choose.
